David Bahnsen’s speech at the May 31 ExxonMobil Shareholder Meeting

This speech will be played at the Exxon shareholders meeting this coming Wednesday, May 31. I as a long-time shareholder of Exxon asked them to consider a resolution to study the impact of decarbonization - to systematically evaluate what would happen to the company if radical environmental activists prevailed in their goal of taking fossil out of Exxon’s business model. Exxon was highly engaged with me and my team throughout the process. While they are recommending against this resolution, the difference here versus other engagements I am involved in is that their reason is that they are already studying that, continue to do so, and will not let these decarbonization radicals win. Exxon, is on the right side, even if far too much effort goes into appeasing people who only want their extinction.

Check out the speech, and stay engaged.
