When President Trump joined the chorus of far left progressives such as Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and AOC in blaming the “institutional ownership of residential real estate” as the culprit in high housing prices, it set off a barrage of responses on the right. I thought a singular place with multiple rebuttals covering a number of critiques, accurate data, and big picture analysis would be useful.
